Living in Sweden can be cold i january, every year and we know it. Anyway we kind of forget every year how it really feels. I stumbled on this picture, I took it exactly a year a go during a photoshoot. Seeing this reminds me of that cold day, and how beatiful winter Stockholm is.

That day we where taking pictures of both theese t-shirts and theese warm sweaters and cardigans  it became both fun and painful for us and especially the models.

Ok, enough about the past, right now we are in the middle of planning our 2012 winter-collection and doing all we can to make it our best collection ever. We’re exhited about this.

Also during this year you can expext some very very limited edition prints, stay tuned.

Christmas is knocking on the door. The mandatory snow that goes along with this lovely holiday has not yet been willing to show up here in Sweden yet, but hopefully soon.

However, what is also mandatory when Christmas is knocking on the door is of course Christmas markets. Unwind Clothing will attend two of these in Stockholm this weekend! Årsta Mercado and Designmarknad STHLM:

nu på lördag den 26 november efter lilla löningen drar vi på Unwind till Skrapan på Götgatan 78. Eller närmare bestämt källaren i Skrapan på Götgatan. Där huserar marknaden Basar Under där man bl.a. kommer kunna köpa nya, gamla, halvgamla och halvnya tischor, klänningar, skjortor, scarfs, tygkassar, nya varmare tröjor som våra Vesper&Knut etcetera.

Vi har najs priser så glid förbi och kolla in vad vi har att erbjuda och få lite julklappsköp till er själva eller andra gjorda! Öppet mellan 12-18.

Our AW-collection has arrived and is now available in a few shops and from this day also here on our site and on our shop, our fresh autumn / winter stuff  lights  up the dark days and warms up the cold days and night.  I wear my Vesper-cardigan almost every day and imagine that I will use it as a jacket when spring arrives. Both Vesper-jacket and Knut-shirt works well for both guys and gals, they are available in sizes S-XL. Vi mår bra, har fullt upp som vanligt med alla olika saker som händer. På sistone har vi fotograferat en hel massa, vilket ni snart kommer att få se här på siten. Vidare har vi satt på oss funderarkepsarna och klurar på framtida kläder. Och, som ni vet, är vi ständigt på jakt efter musik. Så har ni några tips, skicka dem här. Tack!

I övrigt vill jag att ni ringar in den 10:e december i kalendern. Då går nämligen årets bästa julmarknad på Årsta Mercado av stapeln. Vi garanterar julstämning och fina priser på Unwind-klappar. Vi vågar även lova pepparkakor! Påminnelse kommer då vi närmar oss.

We feel good, have been busy as usual with all the different things that happen. Recently, we’ve photographed a lot, as you will see soon here on the site. Furthermore, we’ve put on our thinking caps and ponder on future clothes. And, as you know, we’re always looking for new music. So if you have any tips, please send them here. Thank you!

between photoshoots, logistics, developing ideas and making garments for future collections we are also starting to gather artists for our fourth (!) Unwind CD. For new visitors to this site: with every garment we sell we give away a CD with the best up-and-coming artists we can find. We do this because we love music and want to give something more to our beloved customers.

The Unwind 2012 CD will be released along with our Spring/Summer 2012 collection which will be in stores in February/March. If you’re a struggling music artist who like our concept, clothes, ideas and taste of music, send us an e-mail at music@unwindclothing.com and we will listen to it!

It’s almost as if it was meant to be that the last part of our autumn/winter-collection showed up at our door today. Our new nice warm sweatshirt is named after Carl, it’s named Knut, which is Carl middle-name. Salute to Knut!
